Features of Reproduction of Fixed Assets in Modern Conditions

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article touches upon the features of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises relevant to modern conditions, related to the needs of the innovative nature of the reproduction process and the complexity of external economic conditions. Reproduction of fixed assets at enterprises contributes to the effective functioning of enterprises; structuring and innovative renewal of fixed assets of the enterprise, which has a positive effect on labor productivity; increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in market competition, as well as minimizing costs and increasing profits. The study focuses on the study of the reproduction of fixed assets, which are characterized by the integrity of reproduction, innovation orientation and the complexity of the functioning of the external environment. The main forms and methods of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises in modern conditions, including the innovative orientation and complexity of socio-economic and other economic conditions, are considered. The forms and methods of reproduction of fixed assets of enterprises (capital repairs, current repairs, capital construction, new construction, technical re-equipment and reconstruction), as well as requirements for the reproduction process in modern conditions are considered.
Keywords: fixed assets, reproduction process, innovations, complexity of the external environment, forms and methods of reproduction, features of reproduction.

The Features of Modeling the Level of Development Business Structures in Conditions of Uncertainty and Risk

SO HPE «Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mykhayilo Tugan-Baranovsky»
Abstract. Forecasting the future development of business structures occurs in conditions of uncertainty, incomplete or inaccurate information, the complete elimination of which is impossible. Therefore, in order to determine alternative options for the level of development business structures and find its optimal value, it becomes expedient to use game modeling methods, in particular, game theory and tasks of linear programming. The article proposes to formulate the problem of modeling in a game setting using certain stages: determination of the parameters of the payment matrix and the formation of initial data; determination of pure and mixed strategies for each parameter of the matrix; determination of the optimal alternative to the game based on the construction of inequalities, the calculation of the values of the objective functions, the range of variables and the system of constraints. As participants in the game (initial parameters of the payment matrix), it is proposed to take the types of strategic changes that reflect the essential content of the development business structure, as well as the levels of risk situations in which strategic changes will occur. The scientific and methodical approach proposed in the article to modeling the level of development business structures in conditions of uncertainty and risk made it possible to determine its optimal values (strategies), i.e. types of strategic changes, taking into account the achieved level of efficiency and at a certain level of risk.

Economic Efficiency of Operating Lifetime Increasing of Engineering Buildings and Structures

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article deals with the methodology of technical-economical efficiency of corrosion-resistant materials application and increase of building constructions durability increasing. Primary capital investments in the creation of protection means, outlay during manufacturing of building constructions, buildings and erection of construction objects, and also outlay and losses appearing during maintenance of buildings and structures are considered interconnectedly. It the marked that scientific research and measures on building constructions protection are often held without sufficient technical-economical grounds, recommended methods and means of corrosion-resistant protection. They are mainly directed on study of material properties and ensuring of norm-given parameters. The peculiarity of the methodic is the time-difference record of outlay, their reduction to the time factor and estimation of economic efficiency on economic efficiency on finite economic result.
Keywords: corrosion, efficiency, durability, deprecation, obsolescence.

The Influence of Labor Protection on the Efficiency of use of the Labor Potential of the Enterprise

Donetsk National University
Abstract. The article discusses the synergy of the concepts of “labor potential” and “labor protection”. In the course of the study, it was found that the labor potential gets maximum development, and the enterprise – a high level of labor productivity and maximum profit exactly through the implementation of labor protection measures. The main factors influencing the effectiveness of the use of labor potential, namely, organizational, individual, technical, sanitary and hygienic and therapeutic and prophylactic have been identified and systematized. A scheme to improve the efficiency of using labor potential by developing the main directions for improving labor protection at the enterprise has been proposed. It has been established that the assessment of the impact of the state of labor protection on the efficiency of using labor potential should be carried out by determining the social and economic effects of measures to improve life safety.
Keywords: labor potential, labor protection, industrial injuries, unfavorable working conditions, enterprise, factors, social effect, economic effect.

Fundamentals of Institutionalization of Social Support

Donbas National Academy of Civil Engeneering and Architecture
Abstract. Based on the study of specific forms of organization and regulation of social and economic processes, implemented in the process of functioning of the institution of social support, its main institutional characteristics are determined. Among them: historicity; resource provision of the possibility of overcoming the influence of unfavorable life events, which creates the basis for preserving the role of subjects of social interaction as participants in the system of social division of labor; status-role interaction of subjects of social support as carriers of knowledge, subject-based practical activity and sources of activity aimed at the object; a formalized organization that presupposes a clear distribution of functions, rights and responsibilities within the framework of the institutionalized interaction of subjects of social support; value-normative regulation of interaction of subjects of social support; identification and resolution of contradictions between the needs of people in need of social support and the state’s capabilities to meet them; participation in interinstitutional interaction in unity with other social institutions.
