Abstract. The article deals with the state of the scope of landscaping modern cities and found negative changes, the reasons are not the effectiveness of the existing management system of green area of the city. The signs of urban spaces have been given. The existing system of urban greening planning as an active instrument of its management has been considered. The problem of forming a modern green city, caused by both human activities and ungrounded methods of management, has been formulated. The classification of negative factors of influence on the development of urban greening, having the distribution of natural and non-natural character, has been given. On the basis of the classification, regular succession of control of queue factors of influence on the development of urban greening, has been grounded. Considering the main goal of management of modern urban greening sphere, creation of favorable conditions for human life, it has been suggested to use the current financing mechanism and prevent threats.

Theoretic-methodological aspects of development of strategy of earning power increase

Abstract. The article deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of a strategy to increase the profitability of the company through the introduction of the strategic management process, the formation of an effective financial strategy. The strategy determines the direction of increasing the profitability of financial activities, aims at saving all kinds of expenses, to mobilize capital to support the production, research, marketing and other strategies to maximize the value of the enterprise. The main sources of reserves to reduce the cost of production are: the increase in production due to better capacity utilization of the enterprise; reduction of production costs by improving productivity; rational use of raw materials. Thus, the formation of an effective strategy to increase the profitability of the enterprise should be implemented through an integrated approach, taking into account the strategic objective of the company, key success factors and prospects of strategic direction.

Problems of personnel management of the enterprise in modern conditions

Abstract. The article is devoted to one of the main problems of any enterprise, which is the problem of personnel management under present-day conditions. That is the organization structure that is to ensure the implementation of enterprise strategy, organization-external environment interaction and effective solution of the main problems of enterprise. And on a broad scale a managers’ task here is to choose that structure which is better to accord both with the purposes and tasks of an enterprise and internal and external factors which govern the task. Nowadays most enterprises have to solve the problems of worthy personnel management. One of the main conditions to solve the problem is a potential effectiveness of purposes as to the personnel management which depends on the development of these purposes. Under the present-day market an important direction of the organizational development of an enterprise, its activity is a well-developed system of personnel management. The up-to-date techniques of personnel management make it possible to ensure the most efficient human resource involvement of an enterprise, make the workers interested in the implementation of successful life activity of their enterprise.

Management model resource provision of local government development

Abstract. The article investigates the existing theoretical and methodological foundations of local self-government. The study analyzed the general laws of development of the theory of local government and the role of territorial authorities, as well as the study of specific features of the local government, the authors sought to determine the nature and structure of the process of resource support in all phases of local government. The article describes the author’s approach to the development of a resource management model ensuring the development of local self-government. The basis of constructing of the model is understanding of local government as the management process, in which the subject realizes the management function to ensure the sustainable development of the territory.
