Principles of forming a regional mechanism to increase the market potential of construction companies

Abstract. In the article a two-tier system of principles of forming and functioning of a regional mechanism to increase the efficiency of the market potential of construction enterprises is grounded and formulated. Among the general methodological (1st level) principles are following: systematicity (a regulatory mechanism is a system); continuity (regulatory actions should be carried out continuously); efficiency (costs of regulation should be minimal); flexibility (ability to change individual elements and blocks); adaptability (feedback); immensity (change of coverage of management activities); prospects (aiming at solving not only current tasks, but also at problems that might arise in future). Among practical principles of formation and implementation (2nd level) are the following: combining regulatory and market factors; scientific validity; partnership of regional management bodies and the private sector; coordination of sectoral and territorial management influence; transparency, access to resources; regulation differentiation; ensuring freedom of choice for concerned parties’ regarding the construction; active participation of citizens and business entities in defining requirements for construction projects; effective use of local resources and local conditions. Meeting the principles is a prerequisite for the formation of an effective regional mechanism to improve the utilization of the market potential of construction companies.

Abstract. Definition of strategies for strengthening innovation and investment activities is based on the use of methods of strategic management and marketing, and is associated primarily with the expansion of marketing opportunities and communication wigeons for the development of Donbass region in modern conditions. At the level of Donbass, including the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, it is proposed to develop for modern russowii semislave program «Donbass–East–West–2017», which is the basis of a regional system for the promotion of innovation and investment development of Donbass.

The impact of informal employment in the modern labor market

Abstract. Economic reforms and the modernization of employment give greater flexibility and dynamism. The labor market is a growth of informal processes: part-time work with the property business, incomplete and fictitious employment, and others. A common consequence is an increase in informal employment, understood as employment without an employment contract in written form, recognized by both sides. According to various estimates, the level of informal employment is at least 15–17 %, although perhaps it out even more. People are working, but it is nowhere recorded: any agreement or contract with the employer they have not. In terms of unemployment, informal employment, in fact, plays the role of shock absorber and the recession becomes a manifestation of the adaptive abilities of the population. Employment is a key element of social and labor relations and occupies an important place in the research related to labor economics. The extensive development of employment in the informal sector of the economy evident in the period of economic reform, makes pay close attention to the study of the socio-economic phenomenon.

The role of housing and communal services in the implementation of the concept of social investment in urban areas

Abstract. It is proved that at the present time, the housing sector is a potential source of social problems for which it is advisable to use the mechanism of social investment. The development of social investment in urban areas will contribute to: the creation of an effective system of support for social investment by the government, there is no contradiction between the current legislation and the operational environment sector utilities, partnerships between businesses ZHKG, society and the state. As a result of increased social investment possible the successful implementation of the strategic objectives of socio-economic development of cities – increase the level and quality of life.

Principles of formation of the region’s infrastructure support

Abstract. The term of «infrastructure support economic development of the region» is complex and includes a variety of existing infrastructure on the principles already established, then the question of formation of an appropriate mechanism for management of the development of the region through effective infrastructure support on the ground. That is why, in the article the basic principles of this mechanism are considered.
