In the article the condition and problems of the coal-mining enterprises of Donbass, value of privatization of the state enterprise ” Ма keevugol” for the social and economic development of Makiyivka is determined. Ways of mitigation of consequences of privatization of the coal-mining enterprises of Donetsk region are offered, and the expediency of introduction of the program “Anker” of Joint-Stock Company “Carbo ~AND~ Krep” for the coal-mining enterprises of Makiyivka is proved. ~AND~nbsp;

Problems of the municipal economy enterprises

Abstract. In the clause the problem aspects of effective functioning of the enterprises of municipal economy are considered. The researches of existing system of management of the enterprises of the municipal property in Ukraine are carried out. On the basis of the carried out analysis the economic, legal, administrative, financial, organizational and other measures on increase of efficiency of functioning of the municipal enterprises are offered, that will promote complex development of municipal economy.
